Recently, Zeng Zhaoyang, Director of the Social Work Department of Hongjiang District Working Committee and Secretary of the Two New Organizations Working Committee of the District Working Committee, led a team to our company to investigate Party building work.
During the investigation, Zeng Zhaoyang inspected on the spot the construction of positions such as the Party Member Activity Room and the Party Building Culture Corridor, inquired about the company’s development and operation status, Party member education and management, and the role of the Party organization, and listened to the difficulties currently faced by our company and suggestions on Party building work.
He emphasized that Party members in non-public enterprises are the "red engine" driving enterprise development. It is necessary to give full play to the leading role of Party building, actively guide and strongly encourage enterprise talents and technical backbones to join the Party, and continuously explore effective ways for Party organizations to serve the characteristic development of enterprises.
It is essential to establish Party branches along the industrial chain, integrate Party building into the daily management of workshops and teams, set up Party member demonstration posts, and form Party member vanguard teams.
